We often get this question: Can I wear foundation to the gym? To a yoga class? Here are our detailed answers.

Intense sports: best avoided. Running, CrossFit, spinning... anything that makes you really sweat is incompatible with foundation. Sweat makes makeup slip, clogs pores, and can cause breakouts. Go au naturel!

Gentle yoga, Pilates, walking: it's possible. For these moderate activities, our smart foundation holds up perfectly. Apply a very light layer, set with powder. Avoid overly full-coverage or oily formulas.

The special case of lunchtime classes. Don't have time to remove/reapply makeup between the office and sports? We recommend a tinted BB cream in the morning rather than a true foundation. Or our product in an ultra-light version.

After sport: the right routine. Remove makeup IMMEDIATELY after. Sweat + residual makeup = a cocktail for imperfections. Cleanse, tone, moisturize. Wait 30 minutes for your skin to calm down before reapplying makeup if necessary.

Our tip: If you have an appointment right after your session, keep our foundation in your sports bag. Cleanse your face with micellar water, let it breathe for 5 minutes, then apply a thin layer. The color adaptation compensates for post-sport redness.

The golden rule: Your skin needs to breathe during intense exertion. Reserve foundation for gentle activities or before/after moments.
